Am I eligible for 5 Day Free Car Insurance?

5 Day Free Car Insurance is only available for use by customers buying or leasing a new or used car from a Stellantis Retailer and should be put in place to be started on the day you take delivery of your car. Before applying for your complimentary cover, we need to make sure you’re eligible. Please make sure you read the following carefully and that you meet all the eligibility criteria below.

Drivers

  • Age: 17-85
  • No driver has had insurance cancelled or refused by an insurer
  • No driver has been previously banned from driving
  • All drivers are UK residents and hold a full/provisional UK or full EU licence
  • Policy must be taken out in an individuals name (not a company/business)
  • No driver may have serious recent motor convictions

Car

  • Maximum car age: 11 years
  • Maximum car value: £150,000
  • The car has not been modified or altered in any way since it was supplied by the car Manufacturer/Showroom (including wheels, suspension, bodywork and engine) – optional extras fitted by the Manufacturer/Showroom are not considered a modification

Ownership

  • The car is owned and registered by you, your spouse, partner or civil partner (not business partner), by your parent, guardian, grandparent, a lease company or employer
  • You or your spouse, partner or civil partner (not business partner) will be the main driver
  • The car must be kept at your home address

Car use

  • Social, Domestic and Pleasure (SDP)
  • Social, Domestic, Pleasure and Commuting (SDP&C)
  • SDP&C including Business Use (Class 1)
  • Your car is not used for Hire & Reward
